Ewa spent the earlier years of her career in Europe, New Zealand (1982 - 1988), and the United States (1989 - 2004). She holds a master degree in civil engineering and bachelor degree in fine arts, and her current residence is in Adelaide, South Australia.

Ewa travelled extensively and visited many countries, including Portugal, Spain, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, England, Italy, Egypt, Hong Kong, Thailand, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador (including Galapagos Islands), Chile (including Easter Island), and Brazil.

Ewa's paintings are in many private collections and companies in the United States and many other countries on all continents.
